The pastry chefs at Bermuda’s Fairmont Southampton hotel have been busy in the kitchen leading into the holiday season, with a spectacular gingerbread village recently revealed as the fruit of their culinary efforts.
The tasty model features a wide variety of structures and characters, including hundreds of elves, candy canes, reindeer, Santas, pretzels, and even a small scale replica of the Fairmont Southampton itself, built nearly entirely with delicious edibles.
