ZBM TV Featuring ‘Road To Net Zero’ Programme

The second part of the ‘Road to Net Zero’ programme will air on ZBM TV9 at 8pm on Thursday [Aug 24] and will also be live streamed on Bermuda Broadcasting’s Facebook page.

The BBC said, “Innovation, new jobs, dynamic ways to boost the economy … the climate change challenge is rapidly evolving into a once-in-a-generation opportunity. And some of the smartest people around see a chance for Bermuda to punch way above its weight.

“In part two of the latest episode of The Road to Net Zero, we take a close look at Bermuda’s role as a potential testing site for cutting edge technology that uses the ocean to capture carbon emissions.

“We also highlight the trillion-dollar opportunities opening up in climate risk mitigation and renewable energy solutions. And for inspiration, we report on the dynamic partnership between Bacardi and Beyond Plastic, showing how leading lights in the corporate and advocacy sectors can collaborate for the greater good.

“Eye-opening stories on a topic – sustainability – which will touch all of our lives, either sooner or later. Part two of the latest episode of The Road to Net Zero will air on ZBM TV9 at 8pm on Thursday, August the 24th, and will be live streamed on Bermuda Broadcasting’s Facebook page. The show is sponsored by AXA XL and HSBC Bermuda.”
