Restaurant Weeks 2020 will run from January 16 to February 2 with the theme ‘Food is Community,’ providing an opportunity for both locals and visitors to enjoy the unique tastes offered by establishments across the island, with Rosewood’s restaurants, bars and lounges getting in on the action.
At the Island Brasserie, patrons will dine in style at the modern steakhouse with a $52 prix-fixe menu featuring signature dishes such as the Bermuda Benedict, Tuna Wellington and Ginger Beer Cake for dessert. Visitors looking for Italian cuisine can savour the unique flavors of Southern Italy at Sul Verde where a $42 prix-fixe will be served, including traditional dishes such as the Polpette, Linguine Alle Vongole and Pannacotta.
Additionally, through March 15th, the resort is offering guests of the restaurants, bars and lounges 20 percent off of wine list bottles served in any dining outlet.
Leading up to the event, BTA Chief Experience Development Officer Glenn Jones said, “Restaurant Weeks has resonated with locals and visitors for almost ten years and we hope these new food experiences resonate as well.”
