Hamilton Princess Donates $8,000 To Charity

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club donated a total of $8,000 to two charities — Packwood Home and the Bermuda College Foundation — following their Black History Month Celebration Dinner.

A spokesperson said, “Last week, Hamilton Princess & Beach Club donated $8,000 amongst two charities as a result of the hotel’s 7th Annual Black History Month Celebration Dinner. Packwood Home and the Bermuda College Foundation each received $4,000, and were selected by the 2025 dinner honourees, Catherine R. Duffy and Patrick D. Tannock.

“Annually in February, the hotel recognizes a Bermudian or Bermudians for their contributions in the community, who also identify a charity or charities serving various causes on the island, to receive a portion of the proceeds from the celebration dinner. Over the years, charities have included the Adult Education School, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Women’s Resource Centre, Packwood Home, Bermuda College Foundation, and many others.”
