Princess Appoints Kiwana Spencer As Manager of the Duchess Café

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club today announces the appointment of Kiwana Spencer, a Bermudian, to a senior role on the Food & Beverage team.

Kiwana Spencer has been appointed as the Outlet Manager of the Duchess Café & Gelateria, leading the team at one of the island’s newest and most stylish café’ and gelateria. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of the outlet’s operation and support new strategies and initiatives that will continue to deliver creative, delicious and memorable experiences to our guests.

Mrs. Spencer has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and has been with the hotel since 2000, when she joined as a server in the Colony Pub. She progressed through the resort, working in all of its outlets, both old and new, from Harley’s Restaurant, Crown & Anchor and 1609. Her most recent role before this promotion was leading the Duchess team as Assistant Outlet Manager.
