Fourways Restaurant will be hosting a “Tasting Dinner” on Friday [Nov 20] with Bermudian chef Ricai Williams.
A spokesperson said, “There will be a Tasting Dinner this Friday, November 20th by rising Bermudian chef Ricai Williams. He has risen through the ranks at Fourways and trained at the famous Michelin star Purnell’s Restaurant in England.
“The tasting menu and a vegetarian option are available to view at www.fourways.bm. There is limited availability and reservations can be made at 236-6517 or firstname.lastname@example.org.”
Some of the dishes on the menu include Local Lobster Mille Feuille, Flaming Mango Sorbet, Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin, Rose Cheesecake, King Oyster Mille Feuille, Vegan Steak and more.
