Prince Harry’s Memoir Says Camilla Suggested Bermuda Position

Copies of the memoir of Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, have been released ahead of its official release date, with the book claiming that Camilla, now Queen Consort of the United Kingdom, suggested that Prince Harry “take the job of governor-general of Bermuda.”

A story at LBC.co.uk says, “Harry claims Meghan phoned Camilla over the concerns, who suggested Harry take the job of governor-general of Bermuda, coming with the ‘added bonus’ of making the pair disappear from the picture.”

Bermuda actually does not have a “Governor-General” per se, but we do have a Governor, who is appointed by the United Kingdom.
