Bermuda To Host USATF Grand Prix On April 28

Bermuda is set to host a showcase of athletic prowess with the USATF Bermuda Grand Prix, scheduled to take place at the Flora Duffy Stadium on April 28.

The action-packed event starts with the Athene Fastest Kid on de Rock Final, with the island’s young sprinters offering a glimpse into the future of Bermudian athletics.

A Special Olympics Celebration will be held from 3.45 pm to 4.30 pm, a heartwarming segment highlighting the spirit and achievements of Bermuda’s Special Olympics athletes.

The main highlight of the day is the NBC Live Broadcast Elite Athlete Races, running from 5 pm to 7 pm.

The elite races will feature top-tier international competitors, with 140 athletes from 20 countries in action across 15 different events.

With a full line-up of events and the promise of top-level competition, the USATF Bermuda Grand Prix is a mouth-watering proposition for local sports fans.

It marks another high point for Bermuda’s vibrant sports culture, shining a spotlight on the island as a destination for international events.
