Carnival vibes took over Admiralty House as large crowds enjoyed “Waves: Soca in the Water,” a high-energy celebration featuring music, entertainment and plenty of water-themed fun.
The event featured international soca star Machel Montano as the headline act, along with a strong lineup of talented local performers.
