Treat Yourself During Inaugural Spa Month

Sense Spa at Rosewood Bermuda

Locals can book select half-price treatments at seven of the island’s luxury spas, taking advantage of a new initiative led by the Bermuda Tourism Authority to encourage travellers to visit the island for Spa Month.

Hot stone massages, soothing aloe vera body wraps and deeply hydrating treatments are available for only $99 during February. That’s 50 percent off regular pricing.

“In addition to the island’s Pink Sale, Restaurant Weeks and Festival of Performing Arts, Spa Month is another opportunity to encourage visitors to escape to Bermuda during the winter months,” said Victoria Isley, chief sales and marketing officer for the Bermuda Tourism Authority. “While frigid temperatures are gripping the East Coast of the United States, we are appealing to potential visitors in our feeder markets with value messaging and an invitation to escape out here.”

The Bermuda Tourism Authority is promoting Spa Month on its website, on social media, in its printed and online publication Out Here in Winter and in the monthly consumer newsletter that reaches more than 220,000 readers.

Participating properties include Exhale at The Hamilton Princess Hotel & Beach Club, Newstead’s Three Graces Day Spa, Sense at Rosewood Bermuda, Siam Thai Massage and Herbal Spa, The Spa at The Loren, Ocean Spa at Cambridge Beaches and Willow Stream Spa at Fairmont Southampton.
