Thousands of people took to the streets of Bermuda’s capital city of Hamilton as the island held its first ever Pride Parade, with the streets turned into a sea of rainbows as people joined in the celebrations.
The parade started at Victoria Park and made its way to Front Street, where Mark Anderson — a longtime Bermudian advocate of LGBTQI rights who bills himself as the “Queen of Bermuda” — performed for the crowd.
The Parade made its way back to Victoria Park, where the festivities continued all afternoon.
