St. Regis Resort Appoints Stephani Lacey

St. Regis Bermuda Resort has appointed Bermudian Stephani Lacey as their Director of Human Resources Operations.

A spokesperson said, “The highly anticipated St. Regis Bermuda Resort is proud to announce the appointment of Stephani Lacey as Director of Human Resources Operations.

“With a career that spans over 15 years in the travel and hospitality sector, both locally and internationally, Stephani brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role.

“As Director of Human Resources Operations of the island’s newest luxury beachfront resort that is ‘the best address in Bermuda’, Ms. Lacey will oversee all aspects of the human resources operations, including talent acquisition and development, employee relations, and both the Marriott International Take Care and Spirit to Serve Community programs.

“We are pleased to welcome Stephani Lacey as Director of Human Resources Operations of The St. Regis Bermuda Resort. Stephani models The St. Regis brand: her expertise will honor and invigorate the company heritage by evolving our culture, foundations of service and ‘Reclaiming the House of Astor’.

“Born and raised in Bermuda, Ms. Lacey’s journey in hospitality has seen her grow in progressive leadership roles with premier and luxury brands including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

“In her most recent role, Ms. Lacey was part of the successful opening of The Loren at Pink as the HR Coordinator/P.A. to the General Manager and later received two promotions during her tenure, ending as the Human Resources & Administration Manager.

“While at this celebrated, boutique luxury resort, she was instrumental in developing and bringing the culture to life for both the property’s staff and facilitating the heart of house administration.”
