Hamilton Princess Debuts New ‘Frosé’ Drink

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club is now serving frosés, an alcoholic frozen drink made with Pinot Noir Rosé and a custom-designed slush mix, specially created to complement the wine.

“The new drink is available to customers wanting to cool off at the resort’s 1609 Bar and Restaurant and to hotel guests at the pool,” a spokesperson said.

Tim Morrison, General Manager of Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, said: “We are thrilled to be offering frosés to all of our guests. They are an indulgent way to cool down as the summer season begins and the Frosé is bound to be the latest drink of choice.”

The frosé is being offered with the support of Burrows & Lightbourn in partnership with New Zealand winery, Matua Valley.
