Turtle Hill Club To Host Golf Championship

Bermuda’s Fairmont Southampton is getting set to play host to the Bacardi National Par 3 Championship for the seventh consecutive year, as the precursor to the Grey Goose World Par 3 Championship is held at the hotel’s Turtle Hill Golf Club on February 25 and February 26, 2017.

The top finishers of the Bacardi National Par 3 Championship will be invited to play in the Grey Goose tournament as well, which will be held from March 16 to March 18, 2017.

The early birdie catches the worm, and starting this month, golfers can compete to qualify for a spot in the 2017 Bacardi National Par 3 tournament. Entry is free, and to qualify, players must submit a counter-signed scorecard from Turtle Hill Golf Club.

The field is limited to the top 10 and ties of each of the following divisions: Men 18-54 years; Men 55 years and over; Ladies 18-54 years, Ladies 55 years and over; in both gross and net divisions.

Qualifying ends on Sunday 12th February 2017, and players can submit an unlimited number of scores. A leader board is kept at Turtle Hill and released bi-weekly.

No handicaps are required for the Gross division but an official handicap is required for the Net Division. The winners from each division will be invited to play in the Grey Goose World Par 3 at a reduced entry fee.
