Hamilton Princess & Beach Club is chock full of May activities, starting with this week’s return of infamous Marina Nights.
Kicking off on Friday, May 5th, with a special Cinco De Mayo opening party, Marina Nights will run from 5pm until 10pm outdoors, and attendees can expect great cocktails, a special menu and good vibes featuring DJ Lady E, by the water’s edge.
The re-imagined drinks menu includes a new Mango Sriracha Magarita, plus, Marina Nights favourites like the Princess Palomas, One Tequila, Two Tequila, Three Tequila, Flor De Bermuda, and new zero proof cocktails the Spicy Matador and the Peach Rosemary G&T.
A special Marina Nights Grill menu will be on offer, to include tasty dishes like the Pork Spare Ribs, Snapper a la Diabla, Herb & Garlic Prawns, a gluten-free Choriqueso, and marinated Picanha Angus Beef. A choice of sides to accompany grill choices will be Baked Potatoes, Mama Trejo’s Rice, Corn on the Cob, a wide range of salsas and garnishes like Chimichurri, Molcajete Sauce, Roasted Onions, Queso Fresco, Corn Tortillas, and much more!
Also, launching this week, the hotel’s new Southern BBQ Cookout, will be offered on Saturdays, beginning May 6th, from 6:30pm until 10pm, at the Princess Beach Club.
The buffet dinner will feature grilled Baby Back Pork Ribs, Beef Short Ribs, Beef Brisket, Blackened Wahoo, BBQ Chicken, Spice Rubbed Cauliflower, with cookout enhancements like Bacon and Rum Baked Beans, Smokey Mac n’ Cheese, Homemade Pickles, Hush Puppies, Pickled Slaw, an assortment of Sweet Bites, and much more. Local entertainment will round out the night on the beach!
