Hamilton Princess & Beach Club will host the exhale Bermuda Weekend Retreat from September 22 to 25. The retreat offers a full itinerary of wellness experiences and a chance to learn from exhale’s wellbeing experts.
The weekend retreat begins Thursday evening with a power yoga class, followed by a spa party. Friday includes a core fusion cardio class, core fusion barre and a welcome dinner. Participants meet poolside on Saturday for sunrise salutations and then head to the beach club, followed by barre-to-bar and dinner. The retreat wraps up on Sunday with a core fusion mash-up class.
Registration includes one complimentary 60-minute Fusion massage, 25 percent off additional therapies and unlimited access to exhale gym and the spa pool. Participants will receive a gift bag and breakfast is provided daily.
Prices for the retreat only are $1,199 for non-members and $999 for members. For retreat and accommodations, rates are $2,745 for double occupancy Deluxe Garden View and $1,865 for single occupancy Deluxe Garden View. Day passes are also available at $195 for the full Thursday itinerary; $45 for the Friday morning core fusion cardio class; $45 for the Friday afternoon core fusion barre class; $50 for the Saturday morning sunrise salutations; $145 for the Saturday afternoon barre to bar class, which includes live DJ and drinks following the class; and $50 for the Sunday morning core fusion mash-up class.
Exhale Bermuda launched on July 5 this year and offers nine treatment rooms and a new poolside pergola, next to a renovated pool, for outdoor fitness classes and activities. The spa offerings include a nail salon, waxing, massages and a variety of facials. Both male and female therapists are available.
