Bermudian triathlete star Flora Duffy is gracing the cover of the latest issue of Triathlete Magazine. The image was shot in Flatts Village this past April, the day after Flora won the MS Amlin World Triathlon Bermuda.
It was the magazine’s second visit to Bermuda in 2018. A journalist from Triathlete Magazine also visited in January – with a host of other writers – to get firsthand experience of what it’s like to train with Flora Duffy on home turf.
The Bermuda Tourism Authority hosted the journalists’ trip to show the world how well suited Bermuda is for triathlon training and competition. Flora Duffy is a BTA sports tourism ambassador.
Inside the edition, eight pages of copy explain Flora Duffy’s illustrious professional career to date and the pictures show off Bermuda’s assets for training like the Railway Trail and our beautiful ocean surroundings. The Triathlete Magazine hits newsstands this week.
